personnel development and by organizing the productive environment and work
place. Training is a continuous and progressive practice in BEC our technical
staff and clients sent regularly to attend technical training courses in
Sweden, Germany, UK, Canada, Japan, Korea and whenever available courses and
seminars all over the world. In house training facilities at BEC provides
better scope to our clients to enhance their operational abilities, increase
product knowledge and continuously update with the latest product developments.
•The
training
start from delivery, with operator’s training. Operators are trained in basic
and advanced operating skills along with special training for economic and safe
operating practices.
•As
well as reading out the messages displayed on the instrument panel, and service
remaining intervals, which let the operator to plan his next services.

provides more than 120 chance of trainings per year for all fresh graduates
student from different universities in Sudan , the training contents basic
machines course ,as well as Engine fundamental , Hydraulic principals ,engine
electronic management system (Mechatronics) and hydrostatic- power shift transmission.
